i love my car...
mine has been a blessing a month ago i did 1600 mile in a day and a half i had a small tire leak, didnt even bother it untill i got home and let it sit for a night o and i need 2 new rotors to pass inspection all that stuff is just normal wear n tear. although i had to get a headgasket replaced during a 50,000 mile service, no biggie. what kind of mpg do the b6 s4 get? i absolutly LOVE my car.

Not once did I claim that my car was faster...in fact, I said I know the B5 easily has to potential to blow my car out of the water. I get why you guys love your cars, come on, we're all Audi people here. But your cars are incredibly expensive to maintain and FOR ME, it's not worth it. But I'm just a simple NA gal.

Look, none of us have Audis because we're trying to SAVE money. And it's not just the upkeep that made me choose the B6 (it wasn't like I was considering the B5 and chose the B6 instead). As for gas mileage, I'm coming from a 2.8 so I'm used to it and I recently moved so my 12 mile commute is pretty manageable. And anyway, the TT'd V6 doesn't exactly sip gas either.
I know, right! My experiment for this tank of gas is to not ever drive the car over 3k rpms and see what kind of mpg I end up with. 17.4 mpg on the last tank...not bad considering I mostly drive in the city and I mostly drive like a maniac, but I'm interested to see what a little restraint will yield.
im hitting full boost at least 10 times a day and i get 17.8 around town.. it could be 20 if i drove accordingly... but.. whats the fun in that??? gas is down from 3.75 a gallon anyhow..im paying right at 2.10 a gallon for 93...
