HO-LY-SH##! I'm getting a sustained 19psi in the higher gears at low RPM. At red line it's tapering off at about 10psi. I've had turbo cars before and added boost controllers. Usually you can get 20-30hp peak, but this is unbelieveable.

Here is a question. The MTM chip is a stage II that I got off Ebay, but I have stock exhaust. Is this going to hurt anything? I suppose if I was knocking, it would go into limp mode right?

 

well your not hurting anything... but sustaining only 10 psi?? thats awfully low. 19 sounds right as a peak.. but really you should still be holding 15-17

Atred line boost you stop building boost, so 19 sounds pretty good if its holding all the way up. With the stage 2 chip you're pretty much not using it's full potential, but not hurting anything but it's being restricted by the stock exhaust.

 

Stock downpipes will cause the turbos to heat up more, I would replace them with aftermarket catless pipes.

 

I have an mtm chip, although i thought it was OCT til i took out the ecu to wire in the OCT boost gage. It's amazing. I spike at around 22 psi, it pegs the 1.5 bar oct boost gage (which is also kick-***). MTM chip rocks...

I had MTM Stage 1 and now Stage IV and lovin it... about 450ish HP

Ya, thats crank. I'm hoping to get to the dyno next month to get some real numbers but others with comparible mods are from 375 to 425ish WHP
