Default Just got back from the DYNO

Well, i have been back and forth with IA Performance here in Tucson about what in the world with my car. As most of you know from my previous posts i boughta car that was already upgraded and tuned in Austria by OCT(guys who manufactured the chip that the car is running. When i got the carto texas from Itlay i went to the track and was only able to muster a 15.002, red flag goes up. I dont really do anything about it because i have to leave for Tucson 2 days later. Get here and settled in and go to see Steven(owner/operator of IA) do a baseline pull and get like 212 at the wheeles WOW thats not right. Turns out i had a boost leak. Got that fixed, put 236/310, go to the track here and can only get a 15.5...altitude and such not to mention the tracks clock was on the fritzzzzz. so i go to do some regular maint on the car plugs air filter and such. turns out these things hadn't been done since 1005 when OCT tuned the car. Went back today to IA after all the maint and drop 253/334 hp/tq. I AM VERY PLEASED NOW. Only trouble now is, all i can get in Tucson is 91octane and the ecu has a 93 octane map in it... have work around that somehow. you guys kow what et's i SHOULD be looking at giving i figure out how to drive the damn thing.

btw i have the Stratmosphere stage3 kit.http://www.stratmosphere.com/oct_s4_stage31.htmthats the link if you care to have a look.

The car was tuned by the top "dawg" at OCT. The tune used rs4 plugs which are 1 step colder than the stock plugs and also cost $80 shipped to my door. For the time being i dropped the stock NGK Iridium's in it and see to be running fine.

Any questions comments suggestions!?!?

forgot: next on the table is a 91octane map from OCT(if they have one), SAMCO hose kit and AWE IC kit and probably the S-Flow intake.

The stratmosphere website lists 332hp, now if you take this and divide by 1.28 for the drivetrain loss you get 259.... i think i am where i should be and i think companies should advertise wheel numbers and times, not crank, the et looks like they plugged it into an online calculator to get the 13.6 IMO

I like Mustangs, they are a little on the low side, but give realistic numbers.

You look at the curve, when does the torque come on & how long does it last? Then look at the torque after is passed the HP, how fast does it drop off?
