Default My roomate broke my car....how?

SO my roomate and I were @ a bar last night. I went home with my Girlfriend and I let him drive my 00 s4 home. I get into my car this morning and the clutch is GONE! By gone I mean there is no preassure until about 1 inch from the floor. And it REAKS of burning clutch/e-break

He claims that he did nothing, BUT, drive for a "little while" with the E break on. Could this have caused my clutch issue??

Please help so I can nail his A$$ to the wall and make him pay for the repairs.

clutches can go out pretty quickly when its thier time. When my clutch went out on my old car, it went from normal to completely gone and about a half hour drive. It may have just been its time, and if it was, the clutch may have been slipping alot at its end, hance the smell of clutch. just a possiblilty

ugh if he left the e-brake on and drove for a while then he would have strained a lot of stuff, if he had it on and was driving then that means he would have been gassing it harder and shifter higher to not lose rpms so quick so yeah he could have burnt your clutch up. How many miles are on your car? That is why camoa6 and I NEVER let ANYONE drive our cars. Sorry for the loss. Before you even ask i recomend the rs4 clutch and lightweight flywheel.
