I recently just purchased an 04 Audi S4. When I put my foot on the gas a little more then a standard driver, and then LET OFF THE GAS, I hear a POPPING noise in my front right wheel well or in the general area. It sounds weird and is bugging me. Is it anything I should worry about?

Check the control arms. They're a fairly common problem.

 

where mine sat for two months during the turbo swap they are loud as all get out .. ya.. you have to buy a kit and replace all 8 up front i think.. 400 bucks or so.. more than likely all of your top ones are bad.. as are mine..
