Default Need some help with misfiring

I'm lost with a few things ???
Ok here's the deal I just put a new motor in. I used my original head that I had rebuilt because of a broken timing belt. Then I let my sister drive my car and she blew rod threw the block . But anyway the car runs and drives but, it's shows multiple cyclinder misfires on the scan. Would the timing being of a tooth or two be the cause of this misfiring and running like poop? Also the white wire with a red stripe off the upper oil pan were does that plug in to. It's a single male square plug on the end I can't figure out ... I'm bashing my head off the wall trying to figure this out ????

you might need to replace your coil packs for the misfires.

pull the front off and verify the timing. could be cam position sensor, but that should throw a code. could be a vac/MAF problem, but that should throw a code

When you drive it will it go past a certain RPM or speed? A timing issue definitely sounds like a good possibility. I would pull the front off and check the timing for sure.

My A4 has a misfire as well. Checked the coil packs...they were fine. Mine gave off codes
P0303, P0299 and P0011. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
