he is saying it going to be 1307.00 installed for both parts. he said the abs module is 500.00 for a used one, he must not be looking hard enough. ECS tuning sells new ones for 475.00. i told him not to order any thing, ill send mine out to be refurbished like you said. thanks for the info by the way.

any one familiar with the electronic throttle actuator?

 

By the way, you can drive the car w/o the ABS. I did for about 2 weeks. Just drive carefully. Do some searches here, and www.audiworld.com for the refurbished ABS vendors. 1,300 is just plain fvcking crazy. The labor is about 10 mins out, 10 mins in. It makes me mad to hear of mechanics trying to rip off.
