Default no power locks, windows, interior lights ect help!

hi i have a 2001 audi s4 and the car has been acting nuts lately it started but the doors locking and unlocking by itself, then the passenger and drivers rear windows opened up by themself and now i have nothing no windows no locks no nothing! so i went in the trunk on the passenger side and found what people say is called a central locking pump.. it was fully submerged in water, i disconnected the battery vacuumed the water up and took out the module its totally fried so im going to get a new one but before i did that do you think that this will solve the problem? where is the comfort control module just to check that out while im at it but im pretty sure its this please help me out thanks

Pull the carpet up in front of the drivers seat , reach your hand down there & see if it is wet. If it is remove the drivers seat , lift carpet up to let dry. The convenience module is located inside a black plastic box under the carpet.

Sooooo , did you check the carpet?????
How are the electrical connections? Green & fuzzy?
I would think the module would also need to be coded with a Vag-Com or a 5052.
