What does maintenance include? Everywhere I read it says Audis are high maintenance, why? Is $1k a good amount to set aside incase something goes wrong?
Have the turbos ever been changed? If they haven't that's $2k in parts alone.

Unless you're going to be doing all the work on this car I'd pass and go for the A4.

If you have to take it to a shop and you leave with a bill less than a grand consider yourself lucky. I thought I got one that was well maintained, had lots of receipts for maintenance, had it for about 18 months and have put as much into fixing and maintaining as I did for the car it self. they can be great cars, and not saying the one you're looking at would have as many issues as I have had, but I just couldn't recommend it to anyone as a first car.

All that said, twin turbo boost is a ******* riot.
