We do REVO flashing on the S4. It's a very strong but smooth upgrade, that you'll really enjoy!

Don't worry about chipping and reliablity. My car has been a Stage 3+ since 40k miles, it is now nearing 100k miles.

You won't hurt it with a reputable chip company like GIAC.
