Thanks for the pics. The Detroit auto show ones are new. That car looks SWEEEEEET. I can't wait!! Only have to wait 9 more months or so!!

 

A new A6 has nearly the power of my '02 S6 Avant, my buddy said it's 335 hp, i'm sure he's right because he just got one and only buys high HP cars. A 420 hp V-10 S6 would be a beast and a 500+ hp RS6 would be a monster beast.

Weren't the only previous S6's brought to the US the '02-03 Avants?

I heard they were not bringing in an Avant version of the new S6. I hope not because then I wouldn't have the ultimate bad-*** station wagon anymore, LOL.

I think I have seen a '95 or '99 S6 sedan on Autotrader before. There have certainly been more S avants than sedans from the A6 series in the US in recent years.

 

ya the old s6's are UrS6's (basically meaning the first models of them, and were also known as UrS4's)
