Default some issues with my s4

Hey so my b5 s4 is started to act up today. First my speakers stopped working. The radio works fine but theres no sound coming out not even static. Secondly my power locks dont work. i try to unlock it using the switch on the door but nothing happens. Does anybody know whats causing this to happen?

check the trunk as well. these cars are notorious for getting the sunroof drain gutters clogged which results in the car getting flooded. the symptoms you speak of are usually caused by water getting into the trunk and frying the central locking module. it could also be just a blown fuse.

The trunk is dry. Ill check the fuse box over the weekend. Not too fussed about it at the moment. Ill just enjoy the sound of the exhaust note for now

i'd check the central locking pump soon. if it is the problem you want to dry it out asap.
