transmission woes

ive been pulling codes from my audi because the trans is acting up so i changed the tcm it didn't help
ive been getting codes for incorrect gear ratio 2nd 3rd and 4th never at the same time any ideas ?
pls help! btw any recomendations on a rebuilt trans?
