Default water meth injection

Does anyone have experience with water meth injection in a B5 S4?

What is the best brand of water meth?

Is it difficult to install?

Since it gets pretty hot under the hood of a B5 S4 I think it would be a good investment. Right?

Thanks for any input you may have!

aquamist hfs-6. just make sure you tune for it or else youre just lowering iat's and steam cleaning your engine. it will still be beneficial without a tune, but to get real hp and tq gains you need to tune for it.

The Aquamist HFS-3 is probably the most popular model on the car based on my observation of how many people use it. Install is not simple, but not terribly complex either. Getting the ECU tuned to use it will produce the best results.

Does "tuning it" mean a ecu chip?

Having somebody that knows what they are doing go into the ECU software and modify some of the values in the lookup tables so that things like the timing and fueling are altered, allowing the capabilities of a water/methanol injection system to be realized. Generally you'd want that to be a customized modification to the software to account for the unique components on your vehicle and the resulting conditions they produce. There may be some generic changes that you can make with a simpler operation, like the Lemmiwinks software program that makes an across the board adjustment to timing, but the gains will not be as great as when the data tables are adjusted in more detail.
