B5 S4 massive exhaust smoke when off throttle and idle

Results from Ian's Speed Shop in Scranton, PA.
Leakdown results: 1-6: 7%, 5%, 5%, 7%, 4%, 6%.

Still smoking on decel.

UPDATE:

Sounds like the driver side turbo has took a ****, after only 1200 miles. I'll have to pull it out and check but there is a horrible whining sound and huge loss of power. SPrayed for vacuum leaks and nothing came up. Looked around and nothing, except the inlet pipe didnt seem to be sitting on there correctly. It was extremely loose, so i put it back on the best i could while allowing the flange to line up for bolting to engine. This leaves the pipe to housing spacing about 1/4"+. Doesnt seem right to me but it was pretty snug. Drove it and the same exact issue.

Im in the market for REAL turbos. Someone on this thread said "Buy nice or buy twice"

FTW!!!!!! Suggestions are welcome.

these would be your best bet if you dont want to do rods. throw in some meth, fueling, intercoolers, induktion oil lines, a tune and youre set.
