I havent figured out yet which gives me better responce for a street strip leg run. I have seen the tiptronic mode launches I have goten and in the S mode. I think Tiptronic maybe better off a stand still launch and S mode if you all of a sudden want to punch it, but then again if you floor it and hit the click it does that all for you doesnt it?

Any suggestions?

 

When i rlr i always use tiptronic because you always get a better reaction and kick when you start off or if its 30 seconds into it. Its not always better if you punch it in 1st gear and try to click it because it wont start off as good. I click my car in 3rd gear and then red line or 2 above each time. I have an A6 3.0. But this is always coming off a red light. If your on the street cruising at about 35-40 i recommend just switching into S mode real quick because your already cruising and dont need such a kick just a fast shift and thats what S mode will give you when you click it.
