hey guys i have an A4 from 03 and i was thinking of getting new wheels/rims. the ones that are on it are 17/235/45 and i wanted to get these

sorry for the big link, anyway they can fit a A4 body style B8, it has the same bolt pattern if im not mistaken so i guess what im asking is why wont these fit my car? yes they are a bigger rim, 18", so i would need new tires maybe a smaller profile, but ebay is telling me they are not compatible.
