Hello guys,

It's time for me to buy new winter tires for my 2013 A6 Avant C7 Quattro and I have no idea which models are better. I got my car 8 months ago, so I have only summer tires. Where I live there is a lot of snow. The price is not important, I want to have the best traction and grip on the road and to be safe when it's heavy snowing. Sometimes it get's to half a meter snow on the road.

I can not decide between these 4 diffrent tire models. I searched information about the profil types for winter tires but I can't find anything that answers my question.

Dunlop Winter Sport 5 225/55 R17 101V XL
Continental WinterContact TS 850P 225/55 R17 101V XL
Michelin Alpin 6 225/55 R17 101V XL
Michelin Alpin 5 225/55 R17 101V XL

My question is: Which Tire-type is best for snow? Maybe someone have used these tires and can me a tipp?
