winter tire fit

Anyone know if I can fit 225/50 R 18 tires on a '13 S4?

We suggest a 225/45R18 for a winter tire. This 225/50R18 is going to be taller than we suggest, it will effect the speedometer and odometer.

Thanks for the response, Lance. I'm okay with the spedo/odometer being off if the tires will clear the wheel wells. Any thoughts on this?

I'm not sure if it will clear. It is approximately 1" taller than the 225/45R18 we suggest. The S4 is very tight on clearance in the front especially when turning lock to lock.
