Factory speaker. Not just blown but in tatters. It is a 1998 after all. My speakers are 6.5". The stock speakers were three screw, but the mounting area had a four screw mount configuration, I think that is for the Bose speakers. So the new one just screwed right in. I had to find new screws to use that were bigger than the three factory screws.
