Speaker casing. Also it is hard to say if single cone would be better as my old speakers were totally blown. The rear door lowers are blown also, so I will be putting a single cone in those to get a bit more bass. These mounted without the mounting bracket. The OEM speakers have three screws. The Alpines have four screws.
