New speaker. To replace the panel connect all the plugs AND the door opening cable. Lift panel in place about an inch above final spot. Lean into panel a bit and lower down. Check to see if secure all the way around where panel meets door. If loose, lift back up and try again. May take a few times as you may have it a bit too far forward or back. When in place, I lowered window, close door, from outside car I had to work top part back about 1/4 inch to get it to seat properly. The hit with heal of hand to get it to sit down to right spot, may need rubber mallet or rubber end of hammer. I had to tap along top of panel from from to back a few times firmly, but not banging on it. Check screw holes, if lined up then it is in place. Replace window switch panel.
