Yup...the wheels do look good. Does anyone have the Ti wheels they'd like to sell as they upgrade to diff rims?????

Those wheels are sweet. I wish there was a way to have those Ti wheels and a beige interior. I am getting burnt out on the black interior in my car.

i opted for the premium package. i didn't really like the sports seats or the rest of the trim. it's moot with the titanium package, though. also, i'm in texas and there are a lot of straight, bumpy roads that i travel daily and the sport package amplified it.

Not to hijack, but Rollyfoster, do you ever make any GTG's in the Austin/SA area??? I've seen several members on here from that area and was wondering? I'm moving just north of SA next summer and would love to continue meets like we have in SoCal.

Cheers!

Yea, I hear ya, bumps are expected to be amplified with stiffer suspensions/sports packages. How much of a difference do you notice without itrolly? Is it considerably more comfortable without the s pkge?

The S-line amplifies the small imperfections in the road, but the major ones are still muted. Unfortunately, you do lose some sport feel around corners with the premium set-up. Decide how you want your car eventually set-up and buy from there. Personally, I like the sport seats better and the trim throughout the cockpit. However, the sport suspension wasn't enough for me, so I went the coilover route. If you don't plan on upgrading the suspension, then choose the ride you prefer the most. If you do plan on upgrading the suspension, then choose the seats and trim level you desire the most. IMO

cheers!

The Sport package does have better seats IMO over the premium, so that is another factor for us to just go full tilt and get the expensive car. Having only driven the Sline A3 it handled
very well and seemed to really feel nice and "tight" in the corners. However I still need to drive the Premium and take the Sline for a freeway "speed" drive test also. Now who wants
to buy my MINI cooper so I can get my A3 ! LOL!

it's more noticeable in turns than bumps. i'm still considering suspension enhancements, but i really don't drive anywhere that would make it a more pressing issue. i like the sports suspension and the body kit, but that's it. the other trim stuff is what steered me towards premium. i don't really like any one package 100%, though. i wish they made it easier to put the parts together without having to commit to a whole package.

chef, the GTGs are waaaaay across town from me. they do them up on 183 and i'm down in oak hill. i haven't made it to one yet since they're usually lunch meetups. it would take almost the same amount of time for me to get up there as it would to get nearly all the way to SA

So no meets in between Austin & San Antonio, likein New Braunfels or San Marcos??? That would make sense and be a beautiful place for a drive. Maybe lunch at the Grismill in Gruene or something???

Maybe I'll need to light some fires and make some changes next year?!?

Cheers!
