I recently moved from Florida to Ohio and found a new problem with my A4. In warm weather my tempeture gauge functions perfectly fine and maintains a position right in the center of the gauge. It recently turned cold and I went to use my heat and it blows luke warm air. This is when I noticed my gauge stays on cold the whole time.

At first I thought it was a thermostat issue but after reading these forums I am not sure so wanted some diagnosis help from anyone who has had a similar issue.

The ECT sensor was replaced in miami when the P2181 code threw the engine light on......I had some low coolant issues but the level is fine now....for five months is has ran just fine with no code and no cooling issues even in the 98 degree heat. Its in the 40s now and the issue arose so I'd like to fix this before it gets colder.

Any help diagnosing this would be appreciated.
