Default A4 ABS module question

Hey guy's!

I have a faulty ABS module in my A4 (weird, right ) Anyway's I can get a working ABS pump and module for really cheap. My question is this. The ABS pump and module that is in my car is: 8E0 614 111 AB and the module is shot. Now, can I switch out the entire thing and use a "diffrent" pump/module let's say a 8E0 614 111 F ? Or mush it be a AB.

Default RE: A4 ABS module question

I would call an audi dealer and give them the part number from your car and the one your hoping to buy. The one in your vehicle may have superceeded to the other part number. Very common for a newer part to have the same number except for the last digit. In any case the dealer can find what model the replacement module was designed for.
