Default Back for more adivce

So Im back again for a little more advice, I have done more research and was still a little confused.
My Ride: 1997 A4 1.8T FWD
My new Mods: 2.5 cat back exhaust (awesome sound), greddy type RS BOV(sweet psssh), Air Box Mod, Halo Head Light (black), Matching Tail Lights (black), Pioneer Premier 950 DEH with IPod.....

Im looking to a lot of HP when I am all done with all the mods. But I have been wondering what is the best way to go about the upgrades..... Do I save up and do them all at once, or do I slowly go about? Im talking new turbo, injector, ecu, exhaust manifold, intercooler, but my problem is that there are so many different variables I am way overwhelmed with all the options. But for the most part I am wondering what order should I do the upgrades in? and for the ecu, the chips and what not, should I get switches for more than one program or is that a waste? i want to beable to keep up with SRT-4's and Evo's and Sti's......so please be kind and don't yell at me.
basically my dad and I are going to do all the work becuase he works for a dodge dealership, and he does performance and stuff like that on the side lol. and he doesn't know much about audi performance, but he has confidence on installing everything.
SO......Ecu, Turbo, Injectors (which size)

Whats in mind?!?!?!? (gt28rs, (what size injectors....315cc?))

like can I do the ecu now, then the turbo later, or do both at the same time, becuase it would be way easier to do the ecu first, then the turbo?

Please don't dis or yell at me the newbie!!

Well looks like u are on right path... i'd do FMIC.... then turbo,mf,injectors...

Also.. u might wanna consider tossin that BOV. I've heard nothing but negative things about BOV and how they can cause damage in long run to our cars. but its ur car.

Lookin into gettin a Div Valve
