I measured the spare tire in the trunk, it weights at 21.5 KG = 47.4 lb. Once I take it out from the trunk to reduce weight, my only question is will it change the balance of my car, especially in turning...

Bro, by short you mean short distance...or time. My concern is when I reach in certain speed and while turning will it cause a spin due the the weight balance...tks

 

Audis are relatively heavy cars, losing 47lbs from the rear isn't gonna drastically change its weight distribution. Its already front end heavy and the suspension is designed for that. So you'll get the typical understeer but no drastic oversteer at speeds. If anything removing weight from the front end would change the ride characterics. You might see a little better gas mileage but thats about it. The only way I see it would affect the ride is in snow where you would want that extra weight there to act as "downforce" so you get better traction.
