blew up my cv joint
So i had my car laid up replacing the front end

got all this together, threw some ceramics in, droped it, finished torqueing, and looked at the tire as i put it back on. It was hitting the tie rod end. so im thinking, ****.... do i need a rack?
then la de da... after some tooling around i pull out the half shaft and the bearing housing for the cv joint is destroyed. bearings and peices were falling out as i was removing it. so i just orderd the whole axle, new boots and all and should be done with it.
ran about 100$ for it.
so to any one out there who finds there tire rather close to the tie rod ( tilted in towards the engine), i would recomend checking you cv.
lesson learned and passed on.
