Default Boost Gauge Install

Anybody installed a center vent boost gauge? I grabbed the one from AWE-Tuning, and I'm curious as to how the install went. I wanna make sure it's easy enough to make a clean install with the required drilling, or if i should have someone else throw it on there real quick.

Ok looks like it didnt go in today. I had trouble with the instructions, the pictures were sh!tty and i didnt want to cut into hoses and splice wires when i could hardly make out what it was. Anybody got a link to a writeup with better pics so i dont have to take it in somewhere. Its physically in its center vent position now, it just isnt hooked up to any hoses or wires.

Basically, this install is harder than it appears. As far as getting the vent out you just have to keep yanking it will eventually come out. Next you have to run that Vac. line all the way through your firewall and tap it into a line off your FPR. After that you just need to splice the red and black wires going into the vent on the drivers side (of the main vent) and connect the boost gauge to them.

That help at all?
