And that solved your problem? okay. question, how long did this take. i want to do it as soon as possible, but im kinda buist

oh. lightbulb. what i think it is, is the vaccume hose, the little one on top of the DV. that isnt working properly. under low boost, like my pressure test, it shouldnt be a problem, but under high boost, that hose wont put out enough pressure to keep the DV closed so it doesnt blow off the pressure. and presto. problem solved.

UPDATE!!!

After driving today, i noticed somethign intreresting:

If i wasd to by at say 3k RPM in 4th, i could mash it, it would jump right away to 20 psi, then instantly drop to 15 psi and bounce there between 14-16. i could do that pretty much anywhere betwrrn 3 and 4k RPM

If i was to be at liek 2k, i would mash it, and the boost would slowly rise and hit like 14 psi at 3k rpm and stay there, and maby hit 15 psi.

this is getting so wierd!!

if i was to pull codes, even though there is no CEL, would i get anything???

ALL i have to say is i went threw the same **** as ur going through. did a proper pressure test no leaks, but the n75 nothing changed the dv nothing i did everything i could and i couldent figure it out. i would boost at 20 settle at 15-16 adn then at liek 4 k it would drop off to about 10psi............................................. .................................................. .......................... all of that equals the turbo is about to BLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!. i know you dont want to believe it but most likely if u tired every possibility and noting will fix it your turbo will go (the seels and gaskets not the whole turbo) so if nothing works figure out what ur gonna do

well, on that note. i have a guy wanting to sell me a gtrs, the chip, manifold, and in jectors. but his turbo has a chipped impellerblade or 2 and one bent one. can they be rebuilt? he says he has been running it on that for a bit and no noticeable problems. and i also wouldnt ahve the lefft over $$# to geta clutch right away. before learning this, i was rthinking either a k04 or getting suspensiona dn saving for rims. ima ahve some new sexy photos of my car up soon
