Boot wont open without key
Just bought a 2004 A4 TDI and the key fob doesnt open the boot but neither does the touch button on the boot lid.This is very annoying having to use the key to open it.
Checked the fuse and its ok.
Is it possible for the solinoid to give much trouble?
Whats the best action to remove the cover under the boot lid as i dont want to force and break it because missed a screw.

It was a private buy so no warranty[&:]
Tried the key in both positions to no avail.
Couldn't be that major to sort out if i could get in and put the multimeter on it and check for power.
