Hey all gettiung the A4 ready for sale. My drivers window doesnt always roll up/down when you hit the switch. I have to get out of the car and use the key in the lock trick to roll the window up/down. does anybody know how to take the door panal off?

nope k03 but it has a fully built motor and it has about 15000 miles where the **** was driven out of it.

 

Inside the door handle is a screw. Remove that. The plastic insert will pull out. Behind that are a few more screws. You should be able to find a used switch on car-part.com.

 

im just thinking of swabbing the contacts with alchohol b/c the switch works sometimes

 

it's a sealed unit, unless you are just talking about the plug on the bottom?
