I have a 2001 A4 1.8T and I hear a clicking noise right when I take off and then when I shift to the 2nd gear. Sometimes it seems that the sound comes from the front, other times feels like it is somewhere in the back...It doesn't happen all the time, but most of it. Any ideas what can it be?

 

Is it when you have ur steering wheel turned left or right and you accelerate and you hear the clicking noise?

 

i used to have the same thing happen to me. when it happend to me it was shitching into second and when you start roling from a stop

 

It happens when I go straight, left or right..don't matter where..first and second gear only...
