Default Clicking Noise

I'm hearing a clicking noise whenever i slightly turn and go over bumps. I have 235/40/18 Pirelli Rosso's with 18x8.5 RS4 Rims. I just put in H&R springs. Has anyone expericenced this?

Sounds like a control arm. Can you hear it more from one side vs. the other? To check, jack up the side (or the whole front end) where the noise is more pronounced, grab the wheel at 9 and 3 and wiggle back and forth. There should basically be no play in the wheel. If there is, it could be a bad control arm, especially if you hear any clicking noises. Also, check the CA bushings, if they're peeling, that's probably your culprit.

The boot will not make noise. its when the boot has been torn long enough that the CV joint dries out. get your boots replaced asap if torn. if clicking continues after boots are replaced. the joints are bad.

Try reaching behind the wheel and touching the shaft or boot or even the back of the caliper and look for lots of greese.

If its a clunk, it could be control arms. If you notice its a clicking noise and comes from the rear of the car, it could be your rear brake pads. I had a clicking sound and when I looked at the pads, they werent seated rite in the caliper. I had to scrap some sh*t of the slide and lube them babies up. Make sure the springs are sitting rite or it wont go away.
