Does any one know if it is possible to reset climate control after fitting new parts

Have run fault codes and replaced air flow flap motor

System is in limp home mode ie only blows hot air through screen vent

Have replaced motor before and had to go back to main dealer to have the system reset at a great cost for 3min of work
