is this a clutch?
It is not a straight answer. Personally, I did mine when I pulled my engine. I havent' ever dropped the tranny, but I know I can get the engine out in about 2 hours, so that may be the quickest way.
And the reason they are being d*cks is because you did not beat a skyline, and you keep trying to say you did. Everyone needs to stop trying to act like their car is the sh*t and just be honest. Nobody will think any less of you.

haha... Beat a skyline... Either Im drinking too much lately, or these supposed kill stories just keep getting richer... Anyone that drives a skyline knows how to drive it, and im getting tired of hearing about some of the outrageous claims of the killed that lost because they "didnt know how to drive." I could put Timmy from South Park in a Skyline with Helen Kellar as his co pilot and they would still eat a chipped 1.8t up real quick...
Like I said.. Im really trying to blame all this on the beer and wine, but i think even a sober person would laugh at that statement....
Ya clutch is easy.. 45 min. job for a first timer. Just start taking appart your dash from the inside and work your way into the engine bay and it will be right there against the firewall in plain sight.. No big deal.
Edit:
Miller Lights with Rasberry Riesling chasers... Ew.

now back to the purpose of this AUDI FORUM ...is there an easier way to change clutch on 97 model a4?
