No it never happens to anyone since they are made with German magic and last forever... sorry but thats just a really dumb question and i'm not seeing the point.
My clutch was changed at 112k and was on it's way out, hopefully your smart enough not to have the dealer replace it. I can recommend ecs clutches since thats what I got. If you don't get anything from this thread except the fact that searching is your friend you'll be lucky.

Hmmm well mines actually only 112k KM, I havent brought it to shop yet, possible i will not need new clutch but clutch does not seem to be working. I can turn the engine, but very hard to put in gear
doubt its the clutch then. could be the syncros, master or slave cylinder, or shift linkage.
and mine went out just after 100k, but thats only cause my friend really fuked it up. it was perfect before then
