Default Clutch problem

hello i have a 2002 a4 1.8t 5spd. the other day i was driving and it seemed like the clutch started sliping in all gears but mainly in 2 -5 gears. i bled the clutch and then drove home everything seemed ok, now today i drove it longer and it started sliping again and by the time i got home it was really bad. example is say im getting on the freeway and in 2nd and i step on it a little about 2k rpm and accel it will rev up to 3,500k or more with the speed of the car not going that fast and this happens in all gears. what can this be, im thinking clutch?

just took mine in today for a clutch replacement. It was doing the same thing. Mine was a combination of input seal in tranny leaking, valve cover gasket leak and 175,000 miles.
How many miles do you have on it?
