aaah yeah I have ...well no I didnt but I tried
Im about 3/4 the way through one right now but its been that way for about 8 months I made it by using three inch steel tubing and for the corners I cut the tubing in slices at an angle and used as many slices that I need to make the turn and welded them together..... the problem for me is that my welder is 50+ years old and overheats then it grounds out through the cement (very uncomfortable) so the only way to use it is in short intervals. Which means itll never be finished, also a problem I forsee is all the vacuum lines and sensors an stuff will be a bitch to incorporate into the finished piece not impossible but but it means that it will probly just sit in my garage collecting a nice coat of surface rust[&:]

yeah so maybe you should chose another media to work with unless to have the equipment to make it less of a pain in the *** than what Ive had...like a mandrel tube bender or modern welding apperati ....good luck

After all the setbacks and time away, I'll be able to post pics of the custom ram-air intake that I made. I'll get them up this weekend.
