engine does not start up

engine does not start up
We have an Audi A4 Quattro who doesn´t want start up, we doesn´t have hot signal from the computer to the engine speed sensor and to the crankshaft posotion sensor, we have all the other signals form the computer to the sensors, do you know what to do?
