Well, seems like some idiot decided to take some sleeping pills or so he says and get behind the wheel of a old busted a$$ probe and bumped my (A4) in the rear. There's only a small spot where the paint from the car is visible everything else seems intact.. Should I be surprised if there's more behind the bumper or are the audi built more solid?

Best part is, dude went to jail for DUI and I got this adrenaline high going from driving from work to the scene and back (no I wasn't speeding, just cruising) .. I'm adrenaline junkie, haven't felt that since my last jump of out of a C141 at Ft. Bragg, back in 94..

 

yes the re bar could be broken or the shocks could be pushed if the shocks are pushed in you can not pull them back out

 

Ok got my police report, dude got hit with a DUI, and I've been calling to get his insurance info, since the idiots the made the law requiring insurancee failed to place on the report a spot for that information. So I have 3 options:

- Deal with my insurance to get the car repaired and have to worry about getting reimburse for my deductible
- Continue to try to call the bastard, to point of being a pest..
- Show up at his door asking for the information. Of course, this I'm sure would cause some drama and I would really hate to have to put a 55 yr old man in check, because he's stupid to just give me it.

I did noticed that some panels weren't lining up, so I'm somewhat pissed..

I'd go with what 99a4audi said.... to show up and collect the info. However if you don't live that close, just get it by phone then if you can.

 

if i went to his house i'd def have a conceled weapon of some sort. ya never know what that scumbag is gonna do.

lol im sure hes fine. Just get the info any way you can. Dont let your insurance bite the bullet, and why didnt the police take down everyones information? they usually have to if you call them.
