well it hasnt loss air yet so i'm gonna drive on and see if it does. its been about 100 miles since so i think i'm good. i dont think the screw made it through.

 

smokeu, go to a tire shop, pull out the screw, pour some liquid on it. if it bubbles then it's leaking and you're at the tire shop allready, if it doesn't bubble then go somewhere else. I used to work at a tire store, I've seen screws go all the way through but still hold air.
