fliud leak?
wuts up guys. i noticed last night my power steering fluid was almost completely empty annd it started making a noise. this happened to me before. and i did the fluid flush and bled the fluid back through. but the fluid i used today was different than the past 1 i had used. the part number was different, but i got it ffrom the audi dealer and he sed this was the new replacement for it . so i did the flush and bled it back through and the noise stopped. also when i did this i topped off my antifreeze, but i may have filled it up too much.
so, later in the day after driving for a little while i noticed the noise had came back. i checked the ps resevoir and it was close to empty again. so, i redid the process. after i did this, i noticed there was a fluid leaking. but, the spot on the ground wasnt under the ps resevoir. it was towards therear middle of the engine.
so, my ps fluid is getting drained by itself, and there is a leak of an unknown fluid in a different spot of the ps resvoir.
can any help????

If the fluid is clear it is the power steering fluid. Your gonna have to rack the car and turn the wheel lock to lock and see where the fluid is coming from. NOTE: audi power steering fluid is a mineral based fluid that evaporates very quickly and should be topped off every oil change or 5k.
