Wow, i think its quite evident that u shouldnt be changing your own spark plugs, let someone else do it.

no changing them is very easy, i know how to do it. I just dont know anything about htese denso iridiums, and since everyones talking about how easy it is to damage them, im worried.

As far as the damage to teh electrodes goes, obviously if it's visible damage you're skrewed. There is also the possibility that you left microscopic fractures in teh metal, which you wouldn't be able to see. The fractures could, over time, weaken the electrode and cause it to separate, just like the one you broke. Inside your engine that little piece of metal, aside from no longer allowing that particular spark plug to fire correctly, could cause early detonation of the fuel within that cylinider. A rough idle, knocking, and, in extreme cases a blown ring seal, are also possibilities. If it suddenly feel as if you're running on 3, 5, or 7 cylinders (dependiingong on engine layout), I'd say pull the plugs and inspect for a broken/missing electrode, IMMEDIATELY. repairs as appropriate for whatever sad state you find...
