once you get the PES your pretty much done modding for performance unless you wanna get into the internals. the 2.8 can handle 10lbs with ease but once you get anymore than that your gonna start running into motor problems.

but you got my vote on the SC 2.8 for sure lol...

woodgrain is baller, they put it escalades/bentleys/bimmers for a reason, i shouldnt have said that, its most likely gonna start a discussion...



and i never driven a 1.8 so i dont know how much different the handling is... it cant be that much, whats the weight difference... 200lbs?? how much of that is in the front, probably 150lbs?? I might be way off in either direction but im just guesstimating

 

yep, about 200lbs difference, and very nearly all of it is in front of the front axle. that's a lot of extra weight to fling around, I'm sure it's noticeable.

and yeah, they put it in escalades, bimmers, etc etc, but I think the 2.8 woodgrain is cheap looking compared to other cars. the S4 wood (birdseye maple is it called?) looks nice, but I'm not a fan of the 2.8 stuff at all.

One of the S4's I looked at before getting mine had wood grain, and it looked identical to that of my 96 2.8...
