Default Guys PLEASE help me out here to figure this out????

hi, i need some advice and knowldege here. i needed tire balancing and since the car hasnt been aligned for a while i needed to do that as well.
Took it to just tires.as they tested and tried to do it the guy said that my front ones are ok but the back ones can not be alighned because it was off allot. these are the specs.

(please let me knwo if the specs' for the front are needed ) but this is for the Rear.

rear :leftrear: right
actual before specified range actual before specified range
-1.7 -1.7 -1.8 -1.2 -2.3 -2.3 -1.8 -1.2
0.43 0.43 -0.02 0.48-0.83-0.83-0.020.48

Rear
actual before specified range
cross camber 0.6 0.6 -0.5 0.5
total toe -0.40 -0.40 0.30 0.72
thrust angle 0.63 0.63 -0.25 0.25
axle offset 0.0 in 0.0 in

so i needed to go to the dealership and have the back toe pushed or something becausejust tiresdidnt have the machine to do so. he said dealership does.

so i took my car to dealership. the guy calls me back after couple hours saying that it cannot be done, asked me if the car has been in accident, lowered? i said no, so he said hes gona look into it and call me back again.. so calls me back saying i needed front two tires(Eagle Rs) $382(since the right one was warn out) and also Right front wheel hub and bearing and that was $1415 so i asked if that was gona fix everything he said hes not surethat could be it. so i asked him to look into everything and give me detailed list of what needed to be done. i am stuck now deciding on what to do ? any suggestions? i mean does it really cost that much ? i can get the tires 4 of them for about $285 but what can be really wrong with the rest of the stuff?

Thanks allot, your help is appreciated.

hey guys , so i just went by the dealership to pick up my car and they were charging me $109 i was like wahtttt for what? the job isnt even complete or anything. They were arguing how they took the time to look at it and tried doing it as much as they can and also telling me whats wrong maybe that could be the reason. so therefore that is why thats the bill. i was like wait a minute there is no way you are charging me full price as if the job was totaly complete, so after arguing with them then talking with the head manager there he just said take the car and go. abselutely rip off will nevver go back there again.
