HELP - Need to repair Seat
On my B6, driver side, there are 2-3 little slits, (inch or so long). I have perferated leatherette (sp??) ebony seats. Does anyone know what i can do.. i.e. patch it up, if there is some glue or so i can use to fill the mini slits so taht it doesn;t increase, or if i need to replace the whole material. Here are a few pic with the mini slit. I want to take care of this before it goes out of control.
Any suggestion, and any estimates will be much appreciated.

RE: HELP - Need to repair Seat
Take it to an upholstery shop, they should be able to remove the damaged area and color match a section to fit it.
I have to have a section on the rear of the passenger seat replaced because of some small tears (Thanks sears!) anyway, the quotes we got were for 200-400 depending on the shop we went too.

Hah, my dads B6 is going to look like that soon... I can see it happening already. I guess its cause you sorta scrunch the bolster when you get in and out. Stupid leatherette
But yeah, some guy was saying last week he replaced a section of the leatherette, for 125 bucks or so... he said the place matched it perfectly.
