I just changed my spark plugs. I used Bosch platinum +4. I had ngk +2. The new plugs make my car run so much better. I dunno how long its been but it needed it. It was pretty easy to. It took me about 45 min from start to finish. Ive got a 01 2.8 30v.

I also took out my airbox and was just cleaning stuff. I was in no hurry. Sorry Im not as fast as a trained tech.
