dude how am i supposed to know what lines go where and what bolts to take out and what not. I think i need a manual lol . I aint that advanced as most people on here. I read up on some DIY and there is like 40 steps to take. I also heard if screwing up the lines will screw everything up. I just want to be carefull , i am going to look into audizine DIY articles though TY =) but i will have to wait till i get my ko3 when i cant find one , plus i wont have money till i get back from vacation =)

DUDE! That audiworld DIY for the K04 that i posted in another post for you is the exact same process as the K03... There are 6 bolts that hold it to the manifold and cat, then there are the oil and coolant lines, then the line to the oil pan. also a vac line for the wastegate and i think thats it. If you are worried about what lines are the coolant and oil for the turbo, label them. Youll have to take out the airbox too but thats cake.

So i'm finally getting my hands today on a good used k03 tonite, and as i said im in mex city so i dont think there is anyone like ecstuning or anything of the kind to get an install kit, is it very much more expensive at the stealership regularly, and 2nd i just wanna check out that i got my list right, if im missing sumthing please let me know
1 turbo-manifoldd gasket
1 turbo-cat gasket
6 brass seals
1 rubber oil gasket
are the studs and bolts really necessary to replace, or would the current ones'll do the job?

you should also get the studs and bolts. it will make your install go quicker and you wont have to worry about the old ones getting stripped when taking them off for re-use. Its cheap.

Onepoint8tee, you forgot the support bracket bolts in your disassembly. I only mention it becuse they can be a PITA to put back in...that's probably why alot of people leave them out upon reassembly.

You can't screw up the coolant and oil lines because they will only screw into the proper locations on the turbo.

One last thing, if you blew a turbo, you need to replace or at lest check the oil feed line. I would recommend replacing it but, if money is an issue just check to make sure that it is clear.
