By the time your bearings get that hot, your wheel will fall off. Bearing noise is constant, but gets louder when you turn the wheel slightly away from the side making noise and gets softer when you turn toward the noise.

 

I have the same problem...I replace the rotors, pads and bearings and for a couple of hundred miles it was fine, but now it's starting to make noise again and the rotors even started to get that stupid rust around the edges. if the problem is the calipers sticking is there a way to fix them with out replacing them? because those things aren't cheap.
